  • You must brush the teeth after every meal you take. You should also brush your teeth after consuming any beverages, especially coffee, tea, red wine or soda. It would keep the teeth from potential discoloration and decay.
  • You must avoid taking any drink that may discolor or stain your teeth. Even if you have, try to drink it with a straw to prevent direct contact of the beverage with the surface of teeth.
  • Crunchy foods should always be eaten with some water. It helps to scrape off the plaques to build up on the teeth surface. These foods may include celery and carrots.
  • You must drink about 2 ½ liter to 3 liter water everyday. It helps washing away food debris. It also helps to reduce the chance of developing bacteria within the mouth and so discoloring the teeth. According to teeth whitening reviews, water is very good to remove food debris.
