approach: besides sessions whitening and dental visits, some foods we eat every
day can help you maintain a radiant smile.

stains on teeth. So fill the grocery cart with carrots, celery, radishes,
peppers and any other vegetable you like crunchy chew.
The goodness of gum
"The
gum provides two beneficial actions. It helps clean teeth mechanically to
remove food debris, and stimulates the production of saliva, which increases
this capacity to neutralize acids and minerals replenish enamel lost... Sorbitol

cause tooth decay. However, if the only option you have on hand is a normal
gum, do not worry. Sugar gum dissolves in minutes, and after that it becomes
virtually harmless.
