5 Foods to Have White Teeth


Having a bright and healthy smile is an easy way to put your best face, but not always easy to give the best look to the teeth. Many common foods and drinks can change their color. Whiten, teeth  whether products used at home or in the dentist’s office, are the only way to truly keep them white, although a good professional cleaning can remove various stains. However, you can also take a precautionary approach: besides sessions whitening and dental visits, some foods we eat every day can help you maintain a radiant smile.

Vegetables promising
If you need another reason to eat vegetables, here we give. Crunchy vegetables have some mechanical cleaning action and, therefore, help to remove the remains sticky teeth. Less sticky food residues, is less likely to be laid surface stains on teeth. So fill the grocery cart with carrots, celery, radishes, peppers and any other vegetable you like crunchy chew.
