Whitening products including carbamide peroxide bleaching are safer to use and much less likely to cause side effects hydrogen peroxide whitening gels using a higher concentration of peroxide. A good carbamide peroxide whitening gel can still get the whitening results you're looking for, despite offering less peroxide.

Both carbamide peroxide and hydrogen peroxide are effective teeth whitening products. Do not worry too much about the relative strengths and concentrations of various products based peroxide bleaching. Instead of trying to find the highest concentration of available hydrogen peroxide in whitening product you can get whiter teeth you want with a lower concentration and safest solution is carbamide peroxide.
